An incredible price for this Beatles Demo copy of the Help 7 inch single. When the last Rare Record Price Guide was published in mid-2006, the existence of this record was said to be ‘unconfirmed’. Well here’s the proof of its existence, and also proof (as if any were needed) that The Beatles are still able to attain jaw dropping prices whenever a rare item from their glory days shows up at auction.
This 7 inch Beatles Demo managed a closing price of £985.00, despite being graded by the seller as ‘VG’.

Another stunning 180 gm vinyl re-issue from the very aptly named ‘Vinyl Lovers’ label. The classic Tyrannosaurus Rex debut LP is presented here in a faithfully re-produced non-barcoded LP sleeve displaying the classic George Underwood artwork in all its glory. The sound quality of this re-issue is absolutely spot on. I’m not sure what the source of this remaster was, but the results are superb. Debora has been added to the track listing - which may be a disappointment to some - but it’s been seamlessly incorporated into the cover sleeve and lyric insert. An absolute must-have for all Bolan / Tyrannosaurus Rex lovers.
