In 1971 David Bowie and his clothes designer Freddi Buretti recorded these tracks under the name Arnold Corns. Buretti's contribution was 'minimal'. His only recorded vocal was on 'Man In The Middle', but even on this track his voice is rumoured to be 'mysteriously lost' in the final mix. The rest of the session featured Bowie on vocals exclusively. The rest of 'The Spiders' are all present on these recordings.
